Nashik builds differently, and better.

A Nashik home usually has something a Mumbai flat does not: a plot, a real terrace, cross-ventilation, and room for a courtyard.

That changes the design. We plan for the west sun, for the winter mornings that are genuinely cold, for the terrace that should be usable eight months a year, and for the fact that most families here still want a proper puja space and somewhere to seat twenty people during a function.

The studio is at Mahatma Nagar, near the water tank. We work across Gangapur Road, College Road, Indira Nagar, Pathardi Phata, Satpur and the surrounding area, on flats, bungalows, farmhouses, showrooms and clinics.
