What does office interior design cost in Mumbai?
Commercial fit-outs commonly run ₹1,100–₹2,800 per sq ft of carpet area depending on the level of partitioning, ceiling, HVAC coordination and furniture. A shell-and-core space costs more than one where the ceiling, flooring and AC already exist.
Can you work while our office is running?
Usually yes. We phase the work zone by zone, keep the noisy activities to evenings and weekends where the building permits, and seal off active areas. It adds a little to the timeline and saves you a temporary office.
How much space does one workstation need?
As a planning figure, allow roughly 60–80 sq ft per person including circulation for an open-plan office, more if you need a lot of meeting rooms or storage. We size it precisely once we know your headcount and growth plan.
Do you handle the electrical and data work?
We prepare the power and data layout and coordinate the licensed contractors who execute it, so the drawings, the ceiling and the furniture all agree with each other.
