How we work
Six steps, in this order, every time.
The sequence matters. Costing before drawings produces a number nobody can hold; drawings before layout produces a beautiful flat you cannot walk through.
First conversation
We visit the site or you send the floor plan. We talk about who lives here, what you own, what annoys you about the current place, and what you can spend.
Measure & layout
Site measured to the millimetre. Furniture layout, circulation and storage volume settled first — including Vastu inputs if you want them.
Design & 3D views
Mood direction, materials, and photoreal 3D views of each room, so you approve the real thing and not an idea of it.
Costing & materials
A line-item BOQ: carcass, finish, hardware brand, running feet. You can add or remove scope and see the number move.
Execution
Carpentry, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing and painting sequenced and supervised. Weekly photo updates, society timings respected.
Handover & snagging
Deep clean, snag list closed, hardware and appliance warranties handed over in one folder.

Shree Vasuki Associate began in 2014 with a small residential project and a stubborn belief: a house should feel calm before it looks impressive.
Twelve years on, the studio works across residential interiors, apartment architecture and workplace design from two studios — Mulund West in Mumbai and Mahatma Nagar in Nashik. Every project is drawn in-house, and Dipti is on site for the decisions that matter.
